Welcome back to another shitpostt! I’d like to clarify here that the only the post is shit. The person in concern, you, is the most beautiful everrr. You’re BOAT – beautiful of all times.

Why do I have to clarify?

Because you don’t see the beautiful and great in you.

You know that you’re better than average (I think, I think), but you don’t know how wayyy aboveee you areee.

Remember Birbal ki khichdi?

The poor guy in the chilly winter lake kept looking at that lamp, as a sign of hope.

You might be thinking ki you’re that last ray of hope, and you are just that good.

But in the last 1.25 years of knowing you much more, I just know you’re much more than that.

You’re at a physical distance from a lot of your loved ones, much much farther than that lamp or the stove for the khichdi. Much much farther.

But you know what else is farther? The sun. The moon. The twinkling stars.

Yes drishti, so original comparing Kunal to the sun.

But I promise this is slightly different. I PROMISE.

You see, the sun is lakhs of kms away. Just like how you are from your friends, and some hundreds from me as well abhi.

But you’re not the last ray of hope. You’re THE ray of sunshine. You’re Punjab Power, (bollywood plugin hehehehehehehe).

Even I had this impression that maybe people come to you when they’re in the coldest waters. But by boy I was wrong. And happily wrong

They want you in their happiness. They tell you about what makes them happy, if they’re around and want to catch up. The respect they have for you, it’s fabulous *_*

And in their tough times you want to be with them. Of course, they come to you, but that’s because you stand by them.

Just like the sun :-*

The sun, even in the darkest clouds, doesn’t dull it’s shine. Stays up, stays there patiently waiting, and spreading light as much as it can.

And you’re just the same non intrusive type. You don’t control the clouds, because the rains are necessary too. But you keep doing your thing, coming between the clouds and doing as much as you can.

Everyone thinks that the sun is so popular and has so much power – but it takes a lot of energy to generate that power, and show up everyday.

Does this mean you’re supposed to be there all the time? No. Eclipses happen, and the sun manages to make that beautiful too.

But by your very nature, you are the sun. You might think that you’re as good as the bulb, but you’re so much more than that. A huge huge source of light.

And for people who are just getting to know you, you’re atleast Birbal. Who’ll help them out. Who’ll speak up to their respective Akbar and do the right thing, in the smartest way possible.

Sadly, I bring my own Akbar, who yet hasn’t been able to experience the Birbal for what he is.

But for this Akbar, we need a different Birbal wit? Another story?

Who knows. Time will tell.

I just happen to know that I have the sun, who has the brightest smile, who’d put Earth and Jupiter moons to shame, and the most twinkling beautiful, starry eyes and the smartest Birbal of all.

You’re the smartest BOAT. Smartest Birbal of all times hehe.

As for me, I was the poor guy in the cold water, looking at my then partners at a distant and being happy for not even the bare minimum. I was expecting the bare minimum.
